Sims 7in1 Problem

when i tried to download it off of downloadparadise i get an error that says "problem connecting to tracker - [errno socket error] [10061, connection refused]". whats going on here? can somebody give me a good link for this game.

Anyone know how to change the language files to english. I know about install language options, but that's not available in the 7in1!

im sorry i can not tell you how to change the language, but you can search for sims 7 in 1 on here and u can probly find it here.
