How about just download Windows XP Professional Corporate. With that you do not have to activate. ;)

Well, there are some differences in the two situations at hand (legal an illegal), here are they:

*legally obtained version of winnie:
No it can't do any harm as long as you maintain your activation code...you can reinstall winnie xp as many time as you want

* illegally obtained version of winnie:
well, uhm...same story here! :P The main difference is that you simply don't activate whatsoever...basta! B)
