what are requirements to get someone to seed for you?

I wanna seed one of my accs b/c my dsl is not as fast, and so I wanna know what requirements I should setup so that, I won't get ripped off?? Or what incentives should I provide.

The reason I ask is because I saw someone who offered their ScT account to be seeded and the incentive was the acc itself but not to keep, so I wanted to do this with one of my accounts but making sure that I see my account after a month.

What should I look for? Members with seedboxes or with seedbox speeds?
Trading rep? Someone with the same acc? a moderator?

Any uggestions would be helpful.

if y just need ***GB, then donot need a seedbox. if y want TB, maybe seedbox.
Trading rep is not very useful and trusted. y should find long-time friend, or trusted member here.
also, you should have sth to offer (i think no one seed for you for nothing, except friends).
and there is always risk.

Thank you Beserk!! ***GB sounds like a good enough amnt to seed since my speed will not as good I will take that into account.
