Now with a seed box, I would dl the torrent on the seed box, but now transferring the completed download to my actual hd, would It basically be the same as downloading from a website at that point, meaning I could dl as fast as my connection and the seedbox's connection allow?

Yes it is easier to download twice. And it won't put much of a dent in your ratio. After you up a lot with the box.

wot if if the site has hit and run policy, will he b considered hit and run on tht torrent even though he seeded there for say 2:1
which wud technically make ratio on torrent say 1:1
