With utorrent it limits my speed. I know I can dl faster, as peers are dling faster, and i reach a max point around 805 KB/s where I just can't dl any faster in utorrent. Just stops.
Here is a graph of my bandwidth usage, i'm dling steadily in utorrent at around 805kb/s, the spikes in the graph are when I load a webpage. It spike to 1/2 MB/s I've dled from servers at 4MB/s before.
My max download speed is set to unlimited, what do you guys think?

You need to limit your speeds, number of connections, number of torrents etc.

The thing is though I could have one torrent running and it won't exceed 800KB/s

Then limit your speeds. Maybe you are getting overloaded.

If i limit my speed, it would just make me dl slower...

limit it to something like 4MB/s won't make it lower but might help, but from what I see on the graph it's surely getting capped somehow, never had problem with uTorrent capping my speed, so it might be router or ISP, btw what connection speed do you have?

Limit your upload, not your download. If your upload bandwith is saturated, you will have slower downloads.

limit Your UL to 50% and you should get max satisfaction

50% is too much limitation. The best would be 80-85%.
