Need suggestions please

I just got into BitMeTV and love the huge archives of TV shows and huge amount of categories. Basically, I'm really lovin' this tracker.

I need some suggestions... What do you all think would be the best or most intelligent way to get megabytes uploaded seeing as I upload at 45-55kb/s at full speed.

Any specific details or stats I should look for in torrents to pick when attempting to increase my uploaded amount?

The problem on BMTV is that they have individual AVI's and not split into RAR's so everything is 300+ MB really.

Is there a way to only get a part of a file and just seed that part?

Download the torrent of latest TV shows from TL or any other tracker, unrar them and seed it on BMTV.
