and now i cant login in .

i have this message:

dont know what thats mean but if u are from israel i heard they banned some of the ip ranges

if your from israel most likely. Most sites dislike israel , and the middle east.

some of the ip are blocked, i know.
but their are some ip that not block ad i enter from here, so why to disable the account?

i speak Lithuanian,
"priparkuotas" mean it is parked,- you should set this option in your profile when you are going on vacation, or you know, that you wont be able to login to that tracker within one month.
When it`s parked you can`t download torrents and do some other stuff.. Unpark it in your profile and you will be fine...
