µtorrent DHT

hi! i found a thread here (forget the thread title, my bad) that says members of private trackers may get banned if they have DHT enabled in their client. does turning off the "Enable DHT" option on torrents does the job? or do i have to turn off the global option at µtorrent's preferences (Preferences>Bittorrent>Enable DHT Network)? i'm asking this because though i'm in at some private trackers, i use public trackers sometimes too for some old releases, etc.

and one more thing, what is that super-seeding mode in µtorrent?

super seeding is that if ther is 50 peers trying to connect to you, you only seed to 1 peer, and that persson can seed to all other perssons.
