I recieved an invite on sunday but was unable to use it due to the site being down. Since the site is now up, I tried the invite but it says that it has already been confirmed. I can't access the irc channel because I need a key.

Well if it has already been confirmed, wouldn't it be possible to log in? Or doesn't that work?

Incase you forgot the password, try to recover it to see if your email is in the database.
