but i don't understand a word of its language please if any one know what

It isn't open and Bošslykil means invite code. Why would you want to register on an Icelandic tracker?

you can't dl from non-icelandic ip either....

Shrug, at one time I *really* wanted in this tracker, because I wanted Icelandic music, and an English-language TV show called the Silvia Night Show.
I had to give up when I found out it is for Icelandic people only, blocks non-Icelandic IP's and that it has something to do with Icelandic people being charged for downloading non-Icelandic stuff or something like that.

But I'd kill to know if certain bands and TV shows were in there or not...
Most foreign music you can get off emule, but not Icelandic...

Most foreign music you can get off emule, but not Icelandic...

We were charged, it's not like that anymore..almoast everyone has a thing called "veršžak" (max cost for erm.. non-icelandic ip download..) or free download from "the outside world" But there are still some people that have to pay for non-icelandic downloads so the tracker is icelandic ip only.
