leaseweb.. need some help

Anyone know where i can monitor the bandwith i've already used and how much there is left?
When i check serverhosting (datagraph) in SSC it just says could not retrieve image :(

if your server is new it will take about 24 hours to start working, i had to email them and they said the rack in which my server is was not setup to monitor bandwidth yet. so for 3 days i got unlimited bw cuz it wasn't being monitored.

Like i said, i checked it but the image was not being updated :p
Just wanted to know if this was normal or not.

But thanks for the helpOh, sorry. Mine updates almost real time. I guess your situation is a bit abnormal.
