Site specialising in DVDR

Is there any site that specialises in DVDR? Preferably those that gather TV Rips (in the middle of the TV season, maybe half a season or 1/4 a season) and convert them to DVDR-ready (watchable) format?

Regarding those TV-rips converted to DVDR, the answer is simply "no". There is no such tracker.

But to find trackers specialised in DVDR, check the stickies for different ones.

I never seen a TV series XviD converted to DVD. If you want TV shows in DVD format, TorrentLeech has lot of them in their Boxset categorie.

Norbits it's kinda cool in a way cause u have a great collection of dvdr's and som other old movies in xvid but for dvdr I would choose swedvdr scene only and good quality stuff... Swedvdr ftw :D.
