tried the IRC at /server irc.p2p-network.net which is where the ScT IRC room is! that seems to be down also. my torrents are not even seeding witch is very strange? even when a site goes down 90% of the time you are still able to seed torrents.

couple minutes after someone made a thread about TB redirect to ScT, ScT down, irc also said that the site was down

This this what was said by one of the admin on ScT

torrentbytes was hacked today, and both their servers were used to DoS several torrent sites including sct
we took 80mbit UDP flood from the 2 torrentbytes' server ips for over 2 hours

For them to be taking control of highly secured servers it makes me think this was a strike by the scene. They have been pissy with the top torrent sites fo a while.
