How do I determine buffer on an account?

For example: UL: 200G DL: 10G Minimum ratio: .5

would it be that my buffer would be 390G or is that not how it works?

Buffer is the difference between upload and download dude.

So if you have 10 gigs down and 5 gigs upload. Your buffer is -5 gigs

If it's 10 gigs upload and 5 gigs down. Then your buffer is 5 gigs
