When you are refreshing a page to see if a slot opened up, how often can you refresh? If you refresh every second, does the site ban you because it thinks you are attacking it?

Just for the information, if you'd like to refresh quickly without having to press the "Refresh" button on your browser, press "F5" on your keyboard.

yeah, check 4 change is great you can set it to play a sound or something when there is a change and not refresh it anymore so you can signup or something, and yes, some sites do temporarily ban ip for too many refreshes in little time, but only if you're not registered there, if you refresh the browse page it most likely won't happen

How would you do it as if you wanted to know any new torrrents were uploaded?

You would go to "browse" on the torrent site and then what text would you change?

I've known about it for a while, I just dont understand how they work. Does an RSS notify you like a msn popup of a new torrent? I thought RSS feeders just download torrents for you automatically. Is there a way I can include that in UTorrent and have it popup like a msn popup?

If you have ever used ScT Notify, I like something like that
