did you even bother to check the rules and faq?
Usually its 1-1 or between 48-72 hours for most sites, but their faq will have their requirements. You are supposed to read them before using the site.

no reason to have a foreign tracker if you only speak english, goto an english tracker, they all have the same stuff with the exception of trackers that allow all users to upload, czone is not one of those.
