Paint Shop Pro 8 Problems

It won't open anymore. It said something about Pytheron Libraries or something, and, then, it exits. What happened? Will an older version of Paint Shop work? Does someone have the 7.0 version?

Have you done anything to your registry ? Cleaned it up, run a registry optimising program ?

I just asked because every time I run RegMedic I have to reinstall two programs. I'm assuming both are cracked via registry entries which are not well written, so they get cleaned out when I fix the registry.
