Anyone registered on Leeware by the link here on FST?

I wonder if those who do so have their VPS installed on a server with a whole bunch of P2P users...which could mean horrible speed...!

Anyone did it, how is your upload speed?

Anyone tried their others vps like this one :
http://www.leeware.com/tz200.html

is it series supposed to be faster (though it's still shared 100mbit), more stable ?

Thx!

The service is cheap compared to most, but the most storage you get is 40 gigs. That's not very much. I have 4x that on my laptop.

If your speed is good, you're better off with NAS. If your speed sucks it might be worth it.

I signed up using the link yesterday. The speeds are .......... well, crappy but that's to be expected from leeware. I'm averaging around 800 KB/s right now. But hey, what do you expect for 20 bucks. I figure that's fair considering i get 75 KB/s with my local isp for $50/mo. It should be enough to pad a few of my accounts at least.

yeah, i'm using leaseweb 100 mbit dedicated right now, so 800 kB is quite a drop from what i'm use to...

the problem is that i have 2000 gigs bandwith on this box and it's not enough, i would need 4000 gigs to be really confortable with it

thinking of having a cheap leeware on the side to buffer easy to seed trackers

EDIT : forget it, i think i'll switch to Vectoral who has 3 TB bandwith a month

What's the price difference between the leaseweb and the vectoral boxes anyways? I'm finding it a pain in the ass to seed on ftn and bitmetv with leeware, I'm just too slow.

See their prices yourself on their websites. The problem with Vectoral is that most of the time, their cheapest servers are out of stock. Another problem is that Vectoral servers are located in Germany, while Leaseweb servers are in Netherlands. As I have heard, Germany is an anti p2p country.
