Rts problem

I have facing problem opening the RTS site. It is not opening at all and i am facing this problem for some time now. It sometimes opens and on other occassions it doesn't. Please guys suggest something. Though,what i am downloading continue to download whether i am able to access the site or not.

use https:// instead of just http://
that should log you in
