I tried asking when v2 is coming up in another thread and no one read it....

When is SCN v2 being launched, or any idea when?

V2 is definitely up? I don't want my friend to waste another invite. They should give back the broken invites to the people who gave them.

I just recieved an invite to scn a few hours ago. It didnt work so I talked to staff in IRC.

I'd say its not up yet.

The site is up only on a test server. I would imagine the site would be operational sometime over the next week or so.

Talk to the OPs in IRC. They might be able to open an account for you now instead of waiting for v2.

no official date yet, i talked with the staff nearly 2 weeks ago and they said: " in a couple of days it will be finished"...

just wait till it's done and then invite him...

Invite system is not working, just wait until v2 is up and running to invite someone. If you wasted an invite while it was not working you will not get it back unless it was before we announced it was down.


EDIT: invites ARE working, but use at your own risk. database is on the same server now so it should be fine for v2.

so does this mean for all the people that got invited to SCN during the server upgrade will finally get their invites when they go to v2? Cos Im one of those people...

Invite system IS working because I just got invited a couple of hours ago and everything went smoothly. (And lovin' it)
