Gothic 2 "copy Protection Error" When Attacking

I get a "Copy Protection Error" when i try and fight monsters. I've downloaded the crack from gamecopyworld.com and still there's no fixing that.

The game itself came from suprnova's bittorent site. Anyone else have this problem and got it fixed somehow?
