Dvd Burning Help..

ok. i jus got a new DVD-rw burner. and i also DL'd "LordOfTheRings2" there is 3 parts.. each part 700mbs in .AVI format. is there. Is there any way to put all 3 parts of LOTR2 on 1 DVD or do i have to doit sepertly?? Also what are some good burning programs?
