Help With Dependencies

is there a program for linux (mdk 9.1) or a distro that handles dependencies very well. ive been trying to install Giftoxic + Fasttrackplugin and have trouble finding the libaries.

oh man no help... geez back to winxp. :lol: third time i gave up in the last 3 weeks. i just cant use linux.

plez say something...anyone. i dont want to go back.

Try debian or gentoo. I know those two distros have a thing where you just type a command and the package name and it will download everything that is needed (and in gentoo's case, compile it all). From what I have read though, they are not newbie friendly especially if you still suck using Windows... Lol, after using Redhat and Mandrake, I whiped em after a few days. It was horrible. I can't wait for my new harddrive to come in. Then i can install Gentoo and hopefully use that and only use Windows for games and a couple apps.
