Is it possible to convert an .exe file into an ISO or bin?
Or is this the most ridiculous question posted on this forum today?

An iso is an image of a cd - therfore regardless of what is on the CD it can be turned into a BIN or CUE. I do not know how to creat one from you hardrive but if you really wanted to do that you could burn it on a CD, and then create an image from that CD. The question become why the f**k would you wann do that?
