Ok everybody knows how to convert AVI to MPG,
but what is the best program for MPG to AVI?

Yea.. i'm not seeing the purpose in converting mpeg 2 avi.

Maybe use an encoder like divxpro, can't say for sure, you may have to put it on disc in VCD format and then rip it, how confusing. :blink: :blink:

Sorry the formatting your attempting is backwards, there is no simple way that I know of other than mentioned above.

Maybe you can play it on your computer while filming it cam style. :lol: :lol:

Ike vdub works good ,just compress to divx and mp3 or somthing

nobody's heard of FLASKMpeg? Use FlaskMpeg to convert.. you still need a codec such as divx, but I recommend XviD.. XviD codec is the best. Hope this helps.

You can use Virtual Dub or even TMPGEnc to convert it to AVI.

With TMPGenc you go to File-->Output to file-->AVI file and there you can choose a codec for your movie and also a audio codec like mp3.
