Just A Quetion

Hi all I'm pretty new to the com scene, but i was just wondering when i run spybot would i be alright deleting everything that it lists or could this cause major problems. Basically if it will not mess up any of my original system files anything that i've got since can be replaced alot easier and won't bother me too much.

spybot finds everything includeing suspisous stuff... so be carefull (the backup feature is great)

spybot is gr8. dont worry about the deleting stuff, you can always recover it.
