I just wanna be able to make my pics brighter while viewing them. or add contrast....i dont wanna make graphics or something. i just mean a good picture viewer or something :blink:

I use Irfanview. It's free and has a lot of features.

Ifranview is the quickest at starting up, with lots of options in regard to quality and speed of viewing, and you can move pics along with the mouse thumbwheel.

ACDSee v3.2 is the best

It's better than any previous version, and also better than v4 and up (fast). Kinda like Winamp 2 > Winamp 3.

I use Infranview for just looking at pictures (fast loading), but I use photoshop 7.0 for editing them. It works quite well.

I use the standard WinXP image preview
Use Photoshop7 to edit

np, also did someone mention corel draw? it can make Aqua style images that are shown off in Macintosh OS X alot... it has alot of generators for em
