teamspeak is a free Public Server that enables you to Voice chat to people anywere for free. I use it to keep in touch with my bro who's living in Spain.
Go to the website and D/L the two pieces of software in the top right hand corner of the web page
once installed go back to the web site and click on any of the 3 servers
Oh yeah you need a MIC to Talk.
