2- I;m looking for a reliable source of polish content (espcially movies and TV), and i heard that PT is the best with great content, fast pre times and really fast speed... what else do a guy need. I also heard that PT has a great community and i think that it adds a lot to the site.

3- Translation:
It is possible to challange warning by sending a private messege to the member of staff who warened you. This is allowed only in extreme cases with a good cause. In other cases messeges might get you another warning and banning your account.
