Is it an Epson printer?

Epson cartridges sometimes cannot be used again after you take them out of the printer.

does your printer have more than one cardtrige, e.g black and colour. if so does the other one work, have u looked at the printer heads, do they look ok? or maybe clogged with dry ink or something.

I've got the same problem, the instructions on my epson recommended something like, replacing the ink cartridge, cleaning a few times and then leaving it for 24 hours. I haven't tried it yet tho, I'm tempted to get a new printer, cos they're not that much more than the cartridges and its guaranteed to work.

Canon! I have one of those 2100 printers at the office. You need to flush those tiny cartridges. Purge them with ink. Fill them from the bottom.

The print head does wear out eventually. So that needs to be replaced. About $30.00

I would advise everyone not to refill print cartridges more than 3 times because it changes the presure and could damage your printer after a while. Just but the cheaper cartridges
BTW if you want a good printer get an HP
