i guess he meant he tried to log in but he couldn't
he reset his password but this isn't work either
so it must be that you typed the reset password in a wrong way.
as your email still in the data base so your account is fine.
i knew that cause you manage to reset your pass
you need to talk to oink mod through their irc channel but i don't know it
