Download the Bittorrent software:
BitTorrent (http://download.com.com/redir?pid=10211383&merid=6196618&mfgid=6196618&edId)

Then..just click the links on torrent sites e.g. Suprnova (http://www.suprnova.org/) (alternatively use the irc site irc:suprnova (http://irc://wikked.irchat.tv/suprnova.org)) to DL the torrent files. Then double click your torrent files and your movie will start to download.

NB: When you DL BitTorrent, it looks like you havn't actually got anything and you don't don't have a browser thing like Kazaa but it shouls still be there. You just end up with a grey box appearing when you download something. Alternatiely you can use BT++ (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/btplusplus/BTpp-0.5.4-bin.exe?download) which gives a more familiar user interface.
