The Oldest Torrent File ?

I was just wonderin' what was the oldest torrent file on the web,
i found one made in 2004 (http://onyx.chattanoogastate.edu/~jack/matrix/)still alive and one in 2002 (http://animesuki.com/details.php/12.html) but looks dead.

Post the oldest torrent file link, and we will try to define what is the oldest one still alive:D

i think thats the oldes cuz i looked on mininova and allmost all torrents where from 2005 and up none 2004 > and demonoid the oldest torrent is 1.5 years ago :D
