The problem with TL invites it that giving them away for free can get you banned. (from TL faq):



...Trading means posting Tl invites on any forum giving away for free or asking for something in return in either case Tl class's this as trading and your account will be banned...

Look guys, I'm an admitted newbie and just trying to get in the door so to speak, but this makes NO sense!??!
If you earn/have invites because you're a member in good standing, then WHAT the F*** are you supposed to do with them if you can't give them away ?!?
I understand about all the trading brouhaha, but giving away a bloody invite? what's the harm in that? and if you can't give them away OR trade them, WTF are you supposed to do with them?
