List Of Codec's!

I need a list of codec's, both video and audio. This is for a new Verifieds web site I am working on. It will be the ShareReactor (http://www.sharereactor.com/) for Kazaa. For more infomation look at the sticky post in the Devs Corner.

Here is what i have so far:

if you have k-lite codec pack does that cover it all

Well if I had more time I might be able to have given you more but I noticied your missing the S-Mpeg 4 version 3 (MP43) Codec. By the way -ArchWolf-no K Lite doesn't cover every single codec across the web but it does have all the one's you will need, it has all the ones that are mostly commonly used on the web but it doesn't have some which but does are one's you are least likely to come across. Also check the ReadMe.txt file that comes with the K Lite codec pack that list's some.

SVCD = MPEG-2

MOD and MP1 are almost never used


You're missing the Indeo codecs.



Anyway, this whole list, including Indeo, is in the K-Lite Codec Pack.
