Dvd2avi And Tmpegnc Thingy , Few Questions

i lost everything, all my website links the lot, plus DVD2AVi and tmpeg thing, now just 2 quick questions, where can i find the quide, how to convert SVCD into VCD using those 2 programmes, or how to trick the DVD player into thinking its AVCD when in fact its a SVCD with tmpegnc, i was told earlier by some1, but seein as i lost everything i lost all that chat which i stored in notepad <_< dam virus.

please anyway, would appreciate it
