Divx Digest (http://www.divx-digest.com/software/index.html)

All you are really going to need is a good avi2mpeg coverter, they have a bunch of software and guides.

I am not sure about nero but im sure that win producer will more than likely take care of your problems.

Good Luck...

No Nero 5.5 will do what u want..just as long as u encode correctly in TMPGEnc first (dont use Nero for encoding though, its a bit duff!).. ;)

thanks,

but there are 2 problems

1. over 700 MB will not burn to CD
2. sound loss etc in tmpgenc

I know nero will work so is cutting a good plan, any ideas

Theres maybe a way round this problem..
firstly u might just want to encode it as a VCD (takes up a lot less space) then u could get it onto 1 disc..look here for advice on overburn in Nero..http://www.klboard.ath.cx/bb/index.php?showtopic=49961

If that aint workin' do like i do, use Virtualdub and split the file into 2 then just burn i to 2 cds instead, the bonus with this is you can maybe convert it to SVCD and get much better audio/video quality..the choice is up to you!! ;)
