Yeah not a bad job there m8 they look pretty friggin cool , now have a go at making the actual DVD sleeve (a lot trickier!! Well to make it look professional anyway..), Keep up the good work there..By the way did ya use Photoshop??? ..Heres a 'Bad Boys' SVCD sleeve i've just done....

I know the second one is a VCD cover in the shape of a DVD sleeve, but get ya self an empty box, they look much better anyways :D

Ha Ha u thinks i have made a mistake :o I haves not..Just click and save picture as, then open in &#39;Paintshop&#39; and you will see the image size is fine..I bet my Grandmother on it&#33;&#33; :blink:

But the Pixel Size is still 450x301 and wen i make it look big it looks like shit and my cds a lone a 650x650 so the cover wood need to be biger

Puzzler, because i&#39;ve printed the babys out and they look sweet, resolution fine and everything..did print from the original Photoshop (.psd) document though, not the .jpeg..Will look into it m8.... <_<

OK,Ok...I&#39;m back sorted the problem out it was the site i was hosting the .jpegs on (would&#39;nt let me save pics at right size, all sorted now&#33;) ;) ..... I think they should be pretty much right, size wise now (the pixel dimensions r a lot better anyway)...








Like I said with the T3 cover all i have done is add a couple of pics and SVCD logo, top marks goto the original artist :D

Oh yeah these covers are as Fake as hell...Its just a case of findin&#39; the right ingredients for the cover artworks :blink: The joys of the web (so much stuff to find)..I&#39;ve also designed magazine layouts/item packaging (for real) before and this cover design is very similar in terms of layout... ;) Hope ya enjoy &#39;em&#33;&#33; :D

Damn those are amazing sleeves.
I&#39;d really like a sleeve for Reloaded... (The one you posted before doesn&#39;t seem to be working.) Maybe one for the Italian job too, the only one on cdcovers.cc is in swedish and looks like shit.

ok , please dont laugh @ me , ok guys? but i cant save the dang covers...the very first two , for T3&#33;&#33; i left click and right click and it gives some stupid list "back , forward,stop,refresh,and home" thats all i get&#33; :blink: :lol:

Not bad with that &#39;Italian Job&#39; cover there..Looking at the &#39;Reloaded&#39; one, is that like a scan of the original US DVD sleeve, coz methinks this thread was more for covers you&#39;d made y&#39;self, but anyways.... ;)

Note-
People are saying they are having trouble saving the covers to there hard drives..so i&#39;ll try and help out (without sounding condescending :blink: )..
Right click on the pic and &#39;Save picture as.&#39; (then keep name or rename).
Then i think they appear on ya hard drive as .cover files (thats what im getting anyway)..so just change the filetype to .jpg (thats what all the pics are originally)..and u should be ok e.g. reloaded dvdcover.jpg... ;) Hope this helps&#33;&#33;&#33;

It looks f***in great that &#39;reloaded&#39; cover..and now i have jus&#39; noticed it is a Fake cover, have a look at the director of the movie &#39;Harold Ramis&#39; LOL :lol: Still looks gr8 though...

Ok, your problem is that you are joining the forum from K-lite&#39;s browser. Hold down shift while you click on the link to the forum, this will open the forum in a new window (your default internet browser) Then follow slimboyfatz&#39;s instruction.

I seem to notice a lot of people with way to much time on their hands. By the time you&#39;ve finished printing tests, doing corrections, burning the DVD and making sure it works, haven&#39;t you just made more work than needed? Wouldn&#39;t it have been simpler to buy the DVD?

Anybody interested or know of a website that provides all this stuff, say if I wanted to start making copies at home and selling them at school. I want stuff that says DVD though, as I am getting a DVD burner and want to put the movies on DVD if possible. Any help from someone that does this would also be appreicated. Thanks muchos&#33; :)

The site looks great so far. I want to help with adding sleeves to your site, but I need to know a couple of measurements. I believe the sleeve is 1200x800 pixals, but I don&#39;t know the actual dimensions of the spine, and each side. I use Imageready and Photoshop 7 so the images won&#39;t look shitty like MS paint... lol :lol:

In reference to your question about covers sizes DVD sleeve- 27.3cm (width inc. spine) 18.3cm (depth)...if u just want the spine width its 1.3cm...U could always try downloading one of my covers and just using the magic of Photoshop..erase and cut and paste what u want.. ;)
