well i remember they took invites away from pu months ago, and made them available only to vip. then they gave some invites on october i think to all users. not to sure when they will give out anymore, but i know pu had 2 invites given.

if you havent recived any invite yet just pm or go to irc chat and talk to the staff they will give.
