The best sex scene, imo, ever filmed was by Nicholas Roeg in Don't Look Now.
It's between Donald Sutherland and Julie Christie and it is beautifully shot through with love and sadness.

I forgot about that one. Holy shite halley berry is fine as hell. That would probably be my fav sex scene. Billy bob thornton is one lucky SOB. Not to mention he was married to angelina jolie. yikes!
