Losing The Internet.

1 & 1 our host decided to cut us off since we are using the internet on 2 computers via a router...

Anyone know any good ISPs in Germany / Hamburg that are dsl flatrate? and are reliable pls post.

Turns out they have a security bug that allows more than one person on at any given time and they are blaming us sooo they are kicking us off..

We use 3 at the same time, thro' a router.

Never had a problem.

It will be 4 soon.

Wait a minute. A router shouldn't add extra bandwidth. Each computer will only get to use half of what one computer would use.

If you have 3 computers, each will only get to use one third, and so on.


That's like charging you for each phone in your house, even though you have only one pnone number.

Spindulik, DSL isn't a shared bandwidth though[cable is]. I don't get why they would be doing such a thing to him. That's just poor service.
