Xvid To Svcd Vcd

does anyone know what program to use to convert xvid to svcd / vcd
tried tmpgenc but it won't do anything

D/l the fourcc changer here (http://inmatrix.hoyty.com/mirror/avic100.zip).
Select the XviD file. Manually type in both the boxes DIVX in upper case. Click apply. Now you should be able to use that file in whatever DivX converter you use.
