A Pueblo County inmate who was injured while trying to escape has sued the county in federal court in Denver, claiming that the jail should have been more secure.

Scott Anthony Gomez Jr., who is being held for parole violation, fell 40 feet last January while scaling down the side of the Pueblo County Jail during his second escape from the building. He is blaming the county for his injuries, claiming the jail should have been more secure.

Gomez hurt his back, buttocks, scrotum, urethra and head in the fall.

Things like this do my head in. He should get a bill for recovery his sorry ass and any medical treatment he received.

Fuck, sue him for the inconvenience and stress he caused.
