it won't get a chance to react with stomach acid, if that's what you're asking for

the stomach acid won't be able to erode the casing quickly enough (it'll most likely be aluminium)

alkaline refers to the method of current production

it doesn't really factor in here though, considering that no alkali will come into contact with stomach acid (as was the point of somebody's question (i assume))

and chalky, if any stomach acid does come into contact with any alkali in his stomach there will be a small endothermic reaction.
basically, it will be nothing, he will not even notice, though it has the potential to burn his stomach

the volume and concentration in an AA battery is miniscule in comparison to the volume and concentration in you stomach

you must also remember that the stomach can and does produce more acid when necessary...
