I'm New And Confused!

I heard theres a boot disk that you can put into your ps2 or xbox that lets you play any game :huh: is this true and if so where and how do i get it :P and one more question can you fill me in on how to get started with getting games what the requirements are and what not :)

Get Daemon Tools. They always come in handy.
Specs vary from game to game.
Just find a game you fancy, (check the verifeds), download it and experiment.
People on the board will help you with specifics.
