Transferring Files with FlashFXP Trouble

Hi, if someone can help me with FlashFXP I would greatly appreciate it. I can login and see everything I'm just having trouble with the transfer. Every time I try to transfer a file from my seedbox to my pc it says 'transfer failed.' Does anyone know what I should do and how can I get it to transfer properly? Thanks everyone.

do you have public ip? read about active and passive ftp and do you have firewall (hardware? software?)?
