Playing Movies

Hello, I'm new to all this and can't seem to play any downloaded movies. I can hear them but cannot see them. All that comes up is the ambience scenes etc. I have downloaded the codec's but still no joy. I have read through the FAQ's but nothing is helping! Can you?

Try using different media players. Some just plain work better than others.
