EDIT: But they'll most likey say, oww it was scaled down to play on the PS2. Just like they did for Splinter Cell, but if they acually played it on both systems. The only differance was that the PS2 controls were better.

Hi Shadow I am NOT a Xbox fanboy and I can tell you:

Splinter Cell DOES look better on Xbox
Splinter Cell is easier on PS2
Splinter Cell has an extra level on PS2
Splinter Cell has an extra level on Xbox through Live and IT'S harder
so please shut it up because your're OBVIOUSLY a PS2 fanboy that doesn't have the slightest iinkling what the fuck your're talking about (the game isn't even Halo) :lol:

when they compared the ps2 version of splinter cells textures to xbox's on G4 tv, it was so obvious which was which. especially from the shadows and the things like plastic folding over your body as you move through it. they went through some of the same levels in the ps2 version and they were actually changed so that they wouldnt have to make shadows for everything cause it cant do it. anyone who owns a ps2 and xbox knows this. don't get mad because ps2 doesnt have the power, its out dated so its not supposed to. just wait till ps3 then you wont have to worry anymore. (at least not until xbox 2 or the next nintendo system come out) if anything on ps2 will compare to halo visually it will be mgs snake eater, (i think thats what its called) thats a pretty nice looking game.

getting mad about someone saying that xbox looks better than ps2 is like someone being mad that their cpu they've had from 1996 can compare to some alienware. It's not bad, its just outdated now.

I think Sony is a little late with their release of their "Halo Beater". Anyone know the release date for Halo 2? Unless this compares anywhere close to the new Halo Sony is going to be blown out. I think we should wait and see more screenshots and more demos before everyone begins to butcher each system.

EDIT: Anyone know the release date for Halo for the PC? I think it's this September but I'm not sure. Can't wait =D

Now i dont normally ever get into this ps2/xbox tit 4 tat..but Shadow Hacker.. :lol: Cmon son the only difference between the 2 versions of 'Splinter Cell' was 'the controls'....Are u of this world??? Play the ps2 version all the way through (i did)..then play the xbox version to the end (i did also)..you may notice just some minor differences between the 2 formats :lol: SHHHeeesssHHH!! ;)

Dap you read the post wrong me thinks. It's Sony's game that is supposed, from what i gather, compete with Halo. Either way I don't have PS2 nor XBox so I'm waiting for it to come out for PC. I don't really care about the single player but i like the multiplayer in it, reminds me of Goldeneye when i first got it...only better. B)

There is no Halo for PS2. Microsoft owns Bungie who makes Halo.
Also Halo for the PC comes out 1st quarter 2004 near when Halo 2 for the X comes.
As I and LiNk said before the ONLY reason for Halo on PC is for the mods.
