Best Psx Emulator? And Site For Roms?

what is the best psx emulator out there and where can i find some roms when i do get the emulator... i have been looking on kazaa stupid search engines but gave up after an hour of crappy results... please help me!

If you use Windows 98/ME, Connectix Virtual Game Station is still good these days! ;)

It&#39;s far the most stable emulator, but it hasn&#39;t been continued because Connectic got busted by Sony (<-- Those fucking basards&#33; :lol: ).
But its still good&#33; ;)

It&#39;s officially compatible with NT Platforms, but in this case we&#39;re speaking official&#33; :lol:

There is made a little dll file that can make it run a little more unstale on NT, but it works&#33; ;)

You can get the emulator and NT port at h&#33;&#33;p://www.ngemu.com/

If you don&#39;t like Connectix, or doesn&#39;t it work propertly, then try some of the newer emulators, NGEMU has tons of them&#33; ;)

If you use KaZaA or eMule/eDonkey/Overnet to get PSX games, you need a little "mod-chip" crack for the emulator, it too is available on the link above.

How can Bittorrent be such trouble for you? To me, it&#39;s the easiest P2P program made. eMule is slow because of how the P2P netowkr was made. You need to share a lot of files in order to get faster speeds. Also remember that Playstation games can&#39;t be ripped into ROMs. They ware just CD images made of the original CD.

You have to configure it correctly,what BIOS you using?

Ditto. My second favorite would probably be Connectix&#39;s Virtual game Station. It&#39;s great, has a good compatability rate, but because Connectix stopped supporting it for legal reasons, it requires tweaks and programs to run the thing in today&#39;s standards.
