I downloaded a file off of bittorent that's jedi knight 2. The folder has an img file and a cue file. Can it be burnt with nero, because I tried clone cd and it needed a ccd file? Or can I change it to a bin file somehow?

Simple way: Open up Nero Express. Click on "Disc image or saved project". Then in the Files of Type drop down box, scroll down to where it has nrg, iso, cue. Then navigate to your bin and cue file and open it. Then click next to burn.

right open the cue with nero and it will bring up a burning screen then you can burn it
